海遊びの好きなオーナーが住む為に建てた家なので、生活、海遊び動線は、良い何処にあります。島の中心地なのに静かな所にある。敷地60坪に建てた築浅の過ごしやすい平屋の一軒家です！宮古島空港、伊良部大橋、前浜ビーチ、夕日の見れる海岸、島の駅、お土産屋、古謝そば、ダグズバーガー、美味しいお店がある繁華街、大型スパー、マクドナルド、王将、吉野家、無印良品、モス、大戸屋、ドンキホーテ、ケンタ、ファミマ、ミスド、ヤマダ電機…車で10分前後です。車も３台駐車可能で、宮古島観光の拠点にするにはぴったりな場所です。中心街ですが、あえて少しわかりずらい所に建てました。宿の前は広い駐車場、前の道は1日に数台しか車も通らず静かです。繁華街までは車で10分程、タクシーでも900円程です。宮古島の飲食店は充実しているで、是非色々なお店をはしごして下さい。敷地内の庭の奥に唐辛子が植えてあるので、実のなっている時期にお泊まりの方は、ご自由の収穫して下さい。間取りは２ＬＤＫタイプになります。ゆったりと過ごせるリビングダイニングとシングルベッド２つ完備の寝室が２部屋ございます。LDKにはキッチンもございますので、長期滞在も可能です。その他、トイレ、洗面台、ユニットバス宇が１つございます。インターネット＆Wifiも完備しております滞在中のステイ清掃・アメニティの交換は行いませんプライベートなお時間をお過ごし下さい。住宅街になりますので、近隣へのご配慮をお願いします。宮古島は自然豊かな所です。ドワの開閉時は虫などの侵入にお気を付け下さい。湿度も高いのでエアコンは常時動かして下さい。全室禁煙、ガス大型乾燥機、洗濯機、冷蔵庫、自動掃除機、ガスレンジ、電子レンジ、外水道、60インチテレビ、バス・トイレ別(温水洗浄便座)、無料WiFi、食器類、鍋フライパン、ベッドルーム(シングル×2)2部屋、リビング1部屋、ソファーベッド1、駐車場3台

It is a small new house built in 2020.It's located in the center of the island, but it's like a quiet hiding place.

It takes about 10 minutes from house to:the Miyakojima Airport, Irabu Ohashi, Maehama Beach (with a beautiful sunset), Shimano station(島の駅), souvenir shops, Koja(古謝) sobaya, DOUG'S BURGER, downtown that is filled with delicious restaurants, a large supermarket, McDonald's, Ousho(王将), Yoshinoya, MUJI, MOS BURGER, Otoya(大戸屋), Don Quixote(ドン・キホーテ), KFC, Mister Donut, and Yamada Denki.

You can park three cars, so it's a perfect place to go sightseeing in Miyakojima.

As I said, it is located in the center of the city, but I chose a place that is a little hard to notice.

The parking lot in front of our house is surrounded by hibiscus, and the road ahead is quiet with a few cars.

It costs about 900 yen to get to downtown by taxi.Also,there is a proxy driver service, so you can enjoy a night out without any worries.

Chili peppers are planted in the back garden.So if you are staying during the fruitful season, please feel free to harvest them.

The layout includes two bedrooms with two single beds. The living room has a kitchen, a large table, and a sofa where you can lie down, so you can stay for a long time.It also has Internet and WiFi.

We do not clean or exchange amenities during your stay.

As it is a residential area, please be considerate of the neighborhood.

Please be careful not to let insects in when opening and closing the door.

It's very humid, so please leave the air conditioner running.
