２階のテラス、屋上からは海が見えます。屋上にはテーブルと椅子があります。ダブルベットぐらいの広さのウッドデッキがありますので、寝転んで天気の良い日は夜に星空を眺めて下さい。近くに小さな森からフクロウの鳴き声も聞こえる夜も多いです。天気の良い日は季節によっては目の前に夕陽が沈みます。目の前で見れない季節でも前の海岸を移動すれば夕日を見る確率は多いと思います

宮古島空港から車で7分、ショッピングモール(外食チェーン店多数)から車で３分、伊良部大橋・繁華街から車で7分！目の前の港まで徒歩２分、車も３台駐車可能で、宮古島観光の拠点にするにはぴったりな場所です

t is a small two-story cottage with a rooftop.From there, you can see the ocean, as well as from the terrace located on the second floor. Also, there is a table, a chair, and a wooden deck about the size of a double bed on the rooftop, so you can lie down and look at the starry sky during the night. You can often hear owls from the small woods nearby. Depending on the season and weather conditions, you may find the sun setting in front of you. Even during the off season, if make your way to the beach in front of the cottage, you'll be more likely to see the sunset.

It takes about 10 minutes from cottage to:the Miyakojima Airport, Irabu Ohashi, Maehama Beach (with a beautiful sunset), Shimano station(島の駅), souvenir shops, Koja(古謝) sobaya, DOUG'S BURGER, downtown that is filled with delicious restaurants, a large supermarket, McDonald's, Ousho(王将), Yoshinoya, MUJI, MOS BURGER, Otoya(大戸屋), Don Quixote(ドン・キホーテ), KFC, Mister Donut, and Yamada Denki.

You can park three cars, so it's a perfect place to go sightseeing in Miyakojima.

It takes about 10 minutes by car to get downtown and 900 yen by taxi.There are plenty of restaurants in Miyakojima, so please explore the area and you

are bound to find something you will enjoy. If you're going to drink at night, it's cheaper to drive to the center of the city and hire the service of a proxy driver on your way home.

The layout includes two bedrooms with two single beds. The living room has a kitchen, a large table, and a sofa where you can lie down, so you can stay for a long time.And there's a toilet, a sink, and a unit bath. We also have Internet and Wi-Fi, so please feel free to use them for work and entertainment.

We do not clean or exchange amenities during your stay.

As it is a residential area, please be considerate of the neighborhood.

Please be careful not to let insects in when opening and closing the door.

It's very humid, so please leave the air conditioner running.
